Resident to Owner - Buyer Incentive Program

This program offers tenants a Closing Gift upon successful purchase of a new home.
Closing Gift amounts are based upon the sales price of the purchased home.
EXAMPLE: If a HALO Realty tenant purchases a home for $353,000 utilizing the services of a Realtor® with HALO Realty, the tenant will be eligible to receive a closing gift after the closing of their new home in the amount of a $2,000 gift card of their choice (cannot be a Visa or MasterCard gift card).
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: To qualify for this program, a HALO Realty Tenant must be enrolled in a Tenant Benefit Package, be current on all rental payments, abide by the existing lease agreement, agree to the terms of HR – Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement, and close on a home while utilizing a REALTOR® with HALO Realty, LLC.
